FastShoo VPN is committed to your privacy. We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service: • Account information: email address and hashed password used for authentication. • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card numbers. • Usage data: subscription plan, device count. We do NOT log your VPN traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, or IP address.
We operate a strict zero-log policy for VPN activity: • We do NOT log your source IP address • We do NOT log your VPN session timestamps • We do NOT log your DNS queries • We do NOT log websites or services you access • We do NOT log bandwidth usage per session We technically cannot hand over data that we do not collect.
We use your email address to: • Send account verification emails • Send billing receipts via Stripe • Respond to support requests We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your account data is stored on servers located in Germany (Hetzner datacenter). We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
We use only functional cookies necessary for authentication (JWT tokens stored in browser memory). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
We use the following third-party services: • Stripe: payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy) • Hetzner: server hosting (infrastructure provider) • Cloudflare: CDN and DDoS protection These services may collect limited technical data as part of providing their services.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
