By creating an account or using FastShoo VPN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
FastShoo VPN provides encrypted VPN tunneling services using WireGuard, VLESS, and Trojan protocols. We operate servers in Germany and Finland. The service is provided "as is" with reasonable uptime but without absolute guarantees.
You agree NOT to use FastShoo VPN for: • Illegal activities under applicable law • Distributing malware, spam, or conducting phishing attacks • Unauthorized access to systems or networks • Downloading or distributing copyrighted content without authorization • Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users or third parties • Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws We reserve the right to terminate accounts found violating these terms without refund.
You are responsible for: • Keeping your account credentials secure • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate registration information • Promptly notifying us of unauthorized account access You may not share your account credentials with others.
• Free Trial: 7 days, no credit card required. After trial, account converts to limited free access. • Paid plans: billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices in EUR. • 30-day money-back guarantee: full refund if requested within 30 days of initial purchase. • Cancellations: cancel anytime. Access continues until end of current billing period. • No refunds for partial billing periods except under the 30-day guarantee.
Free and Basic plans include bandwidth limits as stated on the pricing page. Pro and Family plans include unlimited bandwidth for personal use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts showing signs of abuse or commercial bulk usage.
We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control (DDoS attacks, datacenter issues, internet infrastructure failures).
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We operate a strict zero-log policy for VPN activity.
FastShoo VPN is not liable for: • Loss of data or business resulting from service interruption • Consequences of third-party actions • Damages exceeding the amount paid in the last 3 months of service Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability — in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
